Using Qareeb

1. Discovery and direct contact
Qareeb helps Seekers discover service providers, review public profiles and feedback, and contact providers directly. Qareeb does not offer on-site bookings or process payments. Discuss scope, timing, prices and any arrangements directly with the provider.
2. Accounts and sign-in
Provide accurate account information and keep your password private. Email is optional; an account without email requires a unique username. Password recovery is not currently available. Seeker accounts and provider accounts have separate workspaces.
3. Provider approval and availability
New provider accounts remain pending until an administrator approves them. Pending, rejected and suspended providers cannot use protected provider tools or appear in public discovery. Approval grants platform access and does not establish professional certification. The #Hiring indicator means the provider is accepting enquiries for work; it is not an employment vacancy or a booking confirmation.
4. Public profiles, reviews and images
Providers are responsible for accurate public business details, contact information, service categories and coverage. Upload images you are entitled to share and obtain appropriate permission for identifiable people or private information. Public reviews should describe your own experience truthfully and respectfully. Do not publish another person's private information or misleading content.
5. Private profile and reports
A Seeker's phone and location remain private and are not shown in provider discovery or public reviews. Your name may appear with a public review you submit. Complaints and image privacy reports are sent privately to administrators. Optional report contact emails and administrator notes are not published. A report does not automatically remove an image; an administrator reviews it and records any removal decision.
6. Administrator decisions
Administrators may approve, reject, suspend or reactivate provider accounts and review complaints or image privacy concerns. Rejection and suspension reasons appear in the affected provider's account-status page. Approval or reactivation starts provider availability as unavailable until the provider changes it.
7. Acceptance record
New account registration requires an affirmative acceptance of the displayed Terms version. Qareeb records the version and acceptance time. Existing users are not assigned an invented historical acceptance date.
